Service Process

【Step 1】

Understand the requirement

Our consultant communicates with client to understand the requirement of talent, including position, job duty, qualification, ability, personality, and salary level, then contract a agreement to start the following procedure.

【Step 2】

Select talents

Consultant communicates and convinces the candidate who is assigned by client, or will search and select from our talents database if there's no specific candidates.


【Step 3】

Initial interview

According to client’s job order, consultant verifies candidate’s qualification, including background, education, working experience, professional ability, personality, and expected salary … etc.

【Step 4】

Recommend and arrange an interview

After initial interview, we submit a recommendation to client and arrange an in-depth interview for client and talents.


【Step 5】

Get feedback from client

For admissive candidates, we assist client in arranging further procedure; or we’ll continue searching and recommending new candidates to client.

【Step 6】

After care service

We endorse those admissive talents and will help them to get into their new job, besides, we offer excellent after care service to client and talents to ensure both sides are satisfied.
